Steve Holm-Hansen learned woodworking skills in high school and started woodturning again in 2014 and participating in Arts & Crafts fairs in 2016.

He makes most pieces from local hardwoods; maple, cherry, ash, black walnut, and burls.  Greiser's sells his bowls and cutting boards, but he also crafts vases, candlesticks, and hollow forms.      

Steve participates in several Arts & Crafts shows each year in the Fairfield County area, including Greiser's two main artisan markets before Mother's Day and after Thanksgiving. He says while most sales are referrals from family, friends, and colleagues looking for special gifts, he hase shipped pieces throughout the US, and several have even made it to Norway, England, Spain, France, and Thailand.
